Takes oven very long to pre heat! The bottom storage shelf is not secure when open falls to floor & looks crooked!

It has been over 20 years that I’ve had to learn how to operate a new stove. I was nervous to say the least,we have come so far with technology in appliances I was afraid I would not be able to understand how to operate my new stove. But my fears were quickly put to rest as I glanced at the control system. Easily read and understood. I would recommend this product to anyone in need of a stove and I would recommend GE for any appliance needed in your home. I was excited to learn I could get my trusted brand , it’s my trusted brand because the stove that my new stove replaced was over 30 yrs. old my mother owned it new for 10 years and then it was passed to me and I owned it for 20 yrs. Thank you GE for sticking around..

Terrible design

The bottom drawer is a joke. Too short intention to use to pull drawer out. Then comes off and a nightmare to put back on. The drawer also has sharp inside edges, the oven temps are NOT accurate at all. The oven light should come on when the door is opened, simply as a convenience. But NOPE! I will NEVER buy another. I trusted the GE name. You really dropped the ball on this oven!
