good scanner but no USB lead

The scanner is good but for the price you would think it would include a USB lead, i had to use an old one from an old Brother MFC series, in the past they always came with a lead to connect to a computer, also no software CD so had to download driver from Brother website, its actualy just the driver, no software at all for the mac os x which is very disappointing so you get no menus etc that allow scan options etc, very disappointed with Brother on this item, a few years ago i bought a brother MFC-l2700dw, this came with a full suite of software for the mac, the new scanner was very expensive,i would have expected better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

doesn't come with cable to connect to computer

Totally ridiculous. Doesn't come with a cable to connect with computer and company I bought it from coulnd't confirm what cable we need. Sent totally round the houses and can't even use the product. Totally useless
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
