Heats up incredibly fast

Bought this grill last week, 2 hours to assemble, great instructions. Started right up, heats incredibly fast. Thermometer was broken off, customer service shipped a replacement with no problems. Great grill for the price

Doesn't live up to expectations

We purchased this grill in July/August of 2015 to have for our wedding which was in our backyard. It is now May of 2017 - has not seen even 2 full years and we already have to order replacement parts and the cast iron has rusted horribly and the entire stainless steel outer area has rust pits. Note that this grill is covered when not in use and spent most of its time below a grill tent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Assembly tips: take all pieces out of the box, open up any packaging around those pieces, and lay them out in a nice orderly way. All the assembly screws come in a special package with labels; be careful not to lose a single one, as there are no extras included with the grill. Figure on about two hours for assembly, and have a friend help hoist the heavy top onto the lower cart when you get to that point. Other than that, the grill goes together easily, and works quite nicely when you fire it up.

Nice Grill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this natural gas model. It was easy to assemble. Looks Great. It seems to be much better built than the LP grills I have owned in the past. If it holds up over time I will be extremely happy.

No more propane

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice grill for this price range. Gets hot fast and maintains temperature well with 4 burners. Needed a simple gas fitting to hook up, which I purchased at a hardware store, but was easy to assemble- took 2 hours.

Very good directions

The directions for assembly were spot-on. Made it a simple job.
If the quality of the grill is at all like the quality of the instructions (and packaging), I am sure I will be happy.
