Overall this grill is great at a good price.

I decided to buy this grill after extensive shopping around. I needed it to replace an old grill that I had for almost 11 years. The price was reasonable specially with all the features that are included with this grill. It was tracking the shipment and we were waiting at home but they dropped the big box at the front door steps and never rang the door bell. The box had a puncture on one of it sides. I also found three areas on the grill body that were damaged as well as one of the cooking Grate. The customer service rep was very helpfull and acoomodating and they send me a replacement Grate quickly. As far as the other damaged corners or areas I was able to make a few adjustements to get the grill put together. I started using it and it is good with one draw back that the heating is uneven. the heating in the back is very high and it will overcook the food so to avoid that I constantly having to move what I am cooking toward the middle or the front part. I decided to to cook a beef brisket which I normally use my smoker to cook to slow roast my brisket. It came out good on the grill since I was using the front and middle part for a slow and low cooking process for th brisket.
I would recommend this to a friend!
