The Best!!!

Having bought this grill earlier this month, There was some shipment damage that was taken care of by the service department immediately. After receiving the new parts, I was surprised at how fast and evenly the grill surface heats up. Good construction of the grill will result in many years of grilling!

I got this grill because of all the other good reviews. It came packaged well and was easy to put together. We haven't used it too much yet but so far it has been fantastic.

Kind to Seniors......

The Pro arrived this morning and I, of cause, was ready to get it assembled right away. My wife reminded me that the last thing I assembled was 45 years ago when I was 30 years old and that was a swing set for the kids. The instructions said it would take about an hour. Well, 4 1/2 hours later it was done.....wow. This 75 year old dove into it with my wife thinking it would take me all day. Surprise!...great instructions, quality parts, easy assembly and I was done in a hour. That evening I made the best steaks we had in a long time....A great grill from start to cooking. A Senior citizens best friend.....

I got rid of my last gas grill years ago and have been a charcoal junky ever since. However, recently I began to remember how convenient and easy gas had been and decided that it might be time for another try. As my wife is a vegan and we live in a condo, I needed a grill that was compact and economical but powerful enough to cook for 6 or 8 people without a problem. Extensive research resulted in the decision to purchase the 2-burner Dyna-Glo DGP350SNP which I ordered online through Target.
Research determined that this unit was well designed, well engineered, well constructed and at the right price point. Reviews said that assembly was a snap, customer service was great and that the grill would hold up over time. The P-Shape burners were the final straw that convinced me because they, in essence, provide the equivalent of 4-burner heat. I had read too many reviews of competing 2-burner grills that could not get hot enough to grill a steak and that was something that I wanted to avoid. The grill cover was a huge plus.
The shipment arrived and at first glance the box looked nicely intact. We then noticed a 1.5” Diameter hole in the box. Upon examination of the contents we discovered that a spike or something similar had been driven into the box and caused extensive damage to some of the grill parts. On the phone to GHP Group customer service and they requested a description and pictures of the damage. We promptly fulfilled their request via email and they promptly sent out replacement parts. The new parts were received and assembled and the damaged items returned. We finally had our new grill.
The grill has been everything we desired and has fulfilled our expectations. I use it regularly to grill steak, burgers, chicken and salmon, along with vegetables. In fact, I go out of my way to use the grill at every opportunity. It works great, looks great and we expect to have it for a long time. I love the utensil hooks on the fold-down shelves.

Smart Space Grill - a well thought out product!

This grill fit every criteria we needed - it is a 2 burner - for a couple of empty nesters, well built - stainless steel, heavy duty porcelain covered grills, price is super as it includes a very good quality cover, easily a $50-60 value, and it assembles easily - all you need is a Philips screwdriver, all of the screw holes have threaded inserts, every part fit perfect, holes lined up, plenty of grill space, easy to fine tune the temperature. We cooked out first meal - chicken breast - came out perfect. We are very happy thus far with this product and would recommend to anyone - in fact, Our next door neighbor bought one also. Great job DynaPro!!

I have been looking for over a year comparing features, price and consumer reviews. I was looking for a grill with fold down sides and a foot print that wasn't overwhelming when set on our deck. Materials, construction and max. heat output were of key interest. Assembly was easy taking only 30 minutes.

All The Grill You Will Ever Need

The grill arrived with a slight bend in the door; certainly didn't affect the grill's operation but within 24 hours of reporting the damage a new door was on the way. I suspect damage during shipping. As for this grill's performance, on a scale excellent, that highest rating is insufficient. And unless you are cooking for a football team, don't pay a lot of attention to "compact", "apartment sized" and other words and phrases leading you to believe this is a "small" grill. I easily cooked six large hamburgers and still had room to spare. Even heat, 30,000 BTU for a grill of this size...amazing; and if you are into looks in a grill you will think this one cost twice what you pay for it. Great grill, great price, great service. You've probably determined by now that I am thrilled with my purchase. And you would be correct.
