High Quality at a Fair Price

QUALITY_QUALITY!
Bought a few weeks ago and very satisfied with it's performance. Easy to assemble, took about an 1 1/2 hr. with kids! Having a superior design, the grill reached 500 degrees in about 8 minutes and maintained while cooking without much loss when opening the top. Packs a punch with 36,000 BTUs, far better than other competitors I have purchased with the same ratings. I can tell the stainless burners are high quality which supports the 5 year warranty.
The bottomless design is perfect when cleaning the grates and heat tents. All the waste gathers in the drip pan, simply slide the pan out, discard and your are finished! EASY!!!
Having fold down shelves is perfect for large or small spaces. Folding the shelves downward I can easily wheel thru a standard 3'0" doorway. No more clumsiness when moving around.
Overall, I found this grill not to be in the same class with others in the $200-$300 range. This grill is far above that average and very well made where it counts the most. If you are looking for a semi-compact grill this is the one.

Perfect Compact version of a Full-size Grill

I bought a Town House and we cannot have grills of any kind on the deck.
So, this one is perfect since the side table both fold down so I can fit it in a little nook I have outside by the garage. Or if storing it in the garage, it doesn't take up very much space. Assembly was no problem, just follow the instructions. I took my time and it probably took me a couple hours total, and one person can do it alone.
I have only used it twice so far, but it worked great both times !!

This grill was fairly easy to put together and everything seems to be good quality. This grill has plenty of room to grill for the whole family and because it is not too large it heats up quickly and uses the right amount of gas. I love that it is compact and it does not take up too much space. The cover is very nice too.

We bought this for my husband for Fathers Day and he LOVED it!Especially how easy it was to put together.Love how the side tables are collapsible and the cast iron cook grates are big enough to cook for the whole family at the same time.Awesome Grill!Thanks!

Good Grill - Good Price

My wife and I were looking for a replacement grill, the one we had was a hand-me-down and had seen the end of its life more or less. Whenever I shop for large items I ALWAYS do thorough research, comparisons, user review considerations etc. I came across the Dyna-Glo DGB390SNP-D with many positive reviews and a price-point that I was comfortable with, I pushed forward and made the purchase.
The Shipment: The shipment arrived in a solid box, thick cardboard and it seemed well reinforced as to prevent damage during shipment - that's a relief!
Instructions: It took roughly 45 minutes to piece the grill together utilizing the supplied instructions. The instruction booklet was easy enough to read but the pictures placed into the instruction book are really dark and make it hard to distinguish between some sections and ensure proper installation - I would suggest that Dyna-Glo re-visit the instruction manual and upgrade the quality of their manual.
Quality: The grill quality seems to be comparable to all others within its price point. Sturdy frame foundation that will hopefully stand-up over time. Caster wheels, two pivoting and two fixed and one of the pivoting wheels has a lock - these I like as it makes it easier to move around on the deck. The most upsetting part in reference to quality is that while I was putting it together, tightening the bolts etc, chunks of the grill finish cracked and broke away from the grill, exposing the underside layer of metal (I would suggest wearing safety glasses while putting this together for this reason!) so cosmetically, it no longer appears perfect. I would think that perhaps Dyna-Glo should consider utilizing silicon washers to cushion the pressure that the screws place on the finish of the grill box. The grill grates are great, pun intended, I do wish that they fit a little tighter in the grill box so that they didn't shift around while cleaning etc but that's a minor issue.
Overall: I am pleased with the grill performance thus far, my wife and I have been using it almost nightly/every other night since we got it (about 2 weeks) and it has performed well. It heats up in a minute with all three burners running high and then you can adjust accordingly for your cooking style or preference. I strongly recommend a cover to protect the grill from the rain or other weather that may move in, it will hopefully of course extend the life of your grill. I will say, that the grill has already started to rust after only 2 weeks on the deck, primarily in those areas where the finish cracked and broke off - for this reason I am extremely unhappy because I would hope that at this price-point, I would get a grill that I would not have to worry about for at least a couple of years.........

For the price, this grill has been great, with one caveat. The bolt holding the top on the firebox has come out, leaving the heavy top resting on one bolt. I found pieces after I was done cooking and reassembled it, only to have the bolt pop out again. I've purchased a new locking nut and will see if that helps.

This grill is fairly easy to assemble and use. It heats up nicely and grills meat evenly. Note: The lighting instructions tell you to push in the igniter and turn the right knob to the lighting position -WRONG - the tank connection and igniter is near the LEFT knob, so use that one to start.
