Needs balls so the toy is useless

My Grandson loved this toy but unfortunately he can't play with it anymore since the balls are lost. I called customer service asking if I could buy a set of balls and was told "no we dont sell them, you have to buy another toy in order to get the balls for the toy." She asked me if I looked around the house for them. well.. thats a stupid question, why would I waste my time calling if I could find them (sigh). Thoroughly frustrated....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Toy - Wish balls could be bought separately

This toy was given to my son at Christmas at his aunt’s. By the time the toy got to the car, 3 balls were missing. We’ve never found them. I was hoping we could buy a new set of balls, but looks like that is not an option. One extra concern of mine is with the mallet. My little guy has a twin sister and he’s used it on her head a few times. We’ve had to resort to hiding it from him.

This product and the Melissa & Doug barn are the most played with toys we own. We especially love the tower, however it would be great if we could purchase extra wooden balls that fit.

The red ball falls right through since it is slightly too small and one of the ramps broke within 5 minutes of first use. Very disappointed in the craftsmanship and lack of quality control on this product.

10 Months and Loves this Toy!

My son is 10 months old and loves this toy! He is not able to use the hammer at this stage but is gaining lots of great skills by placing the balls in the holes and pushing them through! I would recommend purchasing this toy before 2 years!
