I was extremely surprised when taking the items from the packaging. The plastic is cheap and so is the content. The velcro is located inside of the purse so the child truly can't hold from the handle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This purse and the things in it are adorable. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is that the opening is quite small. I assume it is made that way for safety so that children don't put it over their heads, however, my granddaughter had trouble getting the things in the purse.
