Fantastic Phone!

I bought this phone because of the camera and i am in no way disappointed! The display is fantastic. The only thing i missed on this phone is an LED indicator but I got used to seeing my notifications on the lock screen. If you're thinking about buying the Note 8 stop, and take a good look at the LG V30!

Lg keeps getting better !

I've used to be an advocate for htc until they stopped Innovating with the new phones. Switched carries and got myself the lgv10 I fell in love with the phone immediately the screen size the software and just everything about the phone. It succumbed to the infamous boot loop I was due for an upgrade by this time got the v20 with my teeth gritted hoping it wouldn't come to the same rate as my v10. Not only did the phone not have any issues at all but it powered through some serious falls with no damage!! So when they announced the v30 and mentioned water proof military grade and 2 year warranty I slapped my wallet down along with my v20 for a trade up. The phone is so light in weight but yet so big and responsive ! I hope this phone shows lg still got more to bring to the table.

I absolutely love this phone! Its so comfortable in the hands, also very light weight and thin which is really nice! The camera is amazing! Just overall really happy with this phone! I would definitely recommend this phone!

I originally purchased the Iphone S8+. Kept it 13 days and returned it. Hated it. Got this LGv30 and LOVE it! I highly recommend this phone. Best camera ever on a cell phone, very fast and easy to navigate.

Great phone so far

Spent 2 days setting it up how I like but finally got it where I like it.. Nova launcher SwiftKey etc. Don't really like the Google assistant but other wise soft ware is great, not much bloat and the LG ux is amazing(wish there was more functionality with the always on ie animation for no burn in). Blacks are black(totally blends with the plastic, although when scrolling there is some blur) , white has some banding( but only when brightness is below 10%) color is way vibrant, and it's easily viewable in direct sunlight. Camera is very nice(I always use manual mode, and it's quite easy to get the right amount of focus and shading, you can also add a bokeh effect with manual focus if you wish). Battery life lasts all day I use it for sleep tracking and it easily last all night, only about 20% decline, charges back up within two hours. Finger print scanner is fast but only allows 5 fingers wish you could add more as sometimes I use my left hand. Phone fits half of my hand so I can cradle it nice enough, flat edges cut out phantom taps(waiting for a case though so we'll see if that changes anything, and trust me if finger prints bother you you'll definitely need a case, plus you'll definitely want this phone to last) 5.0 Bluetooth, 5g ready, 4k screen, quad DAC and fm radio this phones totally packed with features and future proof for the next two to three years maybe even further. There's some great promos atm Bogo and a daydream device so why not go ahead and treat yourself!? May be doing a video review just trying to figure out how with one phone haha.

The form factor is perfect, the camera is fast and takes incredible pics. The quad DAC produces the best quality sound by far. LG even did a great job on the software, very light and works. I bought a silver and a black version for my wife. She really likes the phone as well.

LG V30 So Far, So GOOD!

I have had the V30 for 5 days and very impressed with speed and how fluid navigating the screens. Impressed with the feel and I really like the power button in the back and not on the side, but all said I came from the Original LG Flex so I did have a "feel" for the power button. Very stylish and seems rugged, even though I have purchased an armored cover. Battery life is the best of any phone so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!
