Dangerous and Injury Hazard

Hi. While I usually love all Melissa and Doug products, my son got his head stuck in this push toy while at school today and suffered several bruises and cuts while they tried to remove it. I completely understand that most people wouldn't expect this (myself included), but the call I received that he had been injured by this walker was terrifying. I hope you can update it to account for this type of situation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smooth action, nice treads on the wheels to grip floor, and an excellent value at literally half the price of other wooden walkers I looked at. She plays with the wooden butterflies, and the alligators too. She's been using it for a month, and it is still the most entertaining toy in the house to her. It's also surprisingly sturdy and stable. I expected my daughter to fall back when using it, but she's only jerked it and quickly caught herself. I think it has just enough weight in the walker to help her stabilize herself. (She's 11 months, 23 lbs. and 29" tall.) I still spotted her at first, but this was a very natural toy for her to practice walking.
Pros: Durable, Easy Assembly, Entertaining, Fun, Great Value, Interactive

Not great. The screws it came with only fit in one side. The other side it wouldn't fit in. It wasn't lined up correctly and there weren't even indentions for the screw to screw it in place. It works with one screw but still disappointed.
