Great appearance and size

It is somewhat louder than the older refrigerators. But overall we really like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like it a lot, the only thing is my husband doesn’t like how we constantly clean up after fingerprints,so if that’s not an issue with the stainless steel. Then it’s just fine.

My brother ,who works for an appliance parts warehouse and repairs appliances also ,recommended a Whirlpool.It took some searching , but found this one. Very happy with everything except all of the noise it makes after at shuts down.

Description of number of shelves is deceiving

Fridge side only comes with 3 shelves not four as described on their web site. Whirlpool claims the top of the crisper bin is counted as a shelf (very deceiving). Had to purchase another shelf from Whirlpool so we didn't have the large gap which made it look like a shelf was missing. No matter where you leave the gap, it's too large and doesn't look right. The extra slot makes it look like a shelf is missing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great replacement refrigerator

I bought this refrigerator about 6 weeks ago. I got this one because it fit in the space I needed it to go and because it did not have a water dispenser or icemaker. I noticed 2 of the door bins were damaged. When I contacted Whirlpool, they replaced them immediately. A small plug in the freezer that covers a place the icemaker connects fell into the fan. Whirlpool sent a repairman to fix that. I can't say enough about the awesome customer service!
I am having a little trouble getting the temperatures where they need to be. I think that may be operator error.
We are pleased with the refrigerator.

Good fridge for this size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With very limited space, there wasn’t many choices in the market to choose from but since we had a Whirlpool which lasted more more than 20 years earlier, we opted to pick Whirlpool again. So far so good and it keeps everything chilled nicely. Noticeable difference esp from old one is the freezer. Freezes much faster than expected. Noise level is not bad-less noisier than the older model. Couple of points to reference: The bottom shelf due to the lighting fixture, has a gap so we keep dropping bottles and smaller items from the back of bottom shelf.; The doors don’t close without extra shove unlike the older model so we have to keep reminding ourselves to manually push and close the doors. Hoping this one will last as long as the older one!
