[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only company that offers no ice no water on a side by side and Whirlpool I thank you for this specifically. It's exactly what I wanted so there was no other option to consider. I don't understand why you didn't design the shelves to hit the back wall. Why would your engineers intentionally create empty space on each shelf so that anything can fall down? That part wasn't thought out very well. Another problem is that many items in the fridge will freeze even tho it's on the suggested setting. That's also poor engineering.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Order this refrigerator, and its an excellent unit. Its got so cold, had to reduce the coolness level to below the ideal setting. The doors works excellent, the interior is spacious, and there is a lot of room on the door shelves. The one I own does not have and ice maker, so there is plenty of room on the freezer side. Its also very quiet, barely noticeable when running.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is rolling when open the doors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator doesn’t have the leveling foot as the instruction manual listed. It can’t be stabilized from rolling. It also missing the door alignment tool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good layout, but is very loud and no way to level

Just got this fridge, I do like the layout and it in general, but MAN is it loud. It doesn’t have the levelling foot as the instruction manual listed. We clearly need to level it as the doors swing open pretty violently on their own, and it is very noisy. Not sure what to do aside from shoving wads of paper underneath? Also no door alignment tool was included. There was a lot of chunks of insulation foam at the bottom back, we had to vacuum it out and pick off some of the excess once it arrived.

Rolling, rolling, rolling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the fridge for 3 weeks, and it seems to be performing as expected. Fridge part keeps things cold, freezer freezes.
However ... when positioning the fridge initially I could not find any way to keep it from rolling - i.e., there were no levelling feet to take weight off the front wheels. The manual indicates there are, so I presumed they were not put on during assembly.
Called Customer Service and explained the situation to the lady, and she arranged to have some sent. When they arrived, they were the same wheels that came installed - not levelling feet.
Called Customer Service again and the fellow this time told me the instructions and diagram in the manual are incorrect, there are no levelling feet on this model. I asked him "How can I keep it from rolling when I pull on the door?", and he tells me to block the wheels with some pieces of wood or something similar, or to hold the fridge in place with one hand while I pull open a door with the other. Not a practical solution. I had been using blocks of wood from the beginning as a temporary measure, but I certainly hadn't expected that for the long term. It's absurd that there's no levelling feet, or brakes on the front wheels, to prevent rolling.
It's a simple fridge; no icemaker, no cold water dispenser, no cheese drawer, no rack for tins of pop or beer, but I knew that from the start. As long as it keeps functioning and I find a way to keep it from rolling around the kitchen that doesn't look too rough, I'll be satisfied.
Suggestion for the design engineers and technical manual writers - install levelling feet and make sure the manual reflects reality.

Great No-Frills Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a week ago after my old side-by-side fridge died, and am so far quite pleased with its capacity, design, and operation. It fits in nicely in my somewhat confined kitchen space. The shelving provides convenient space and adjustability for my needs. And although I'm still trying to figure out which parts of the fridge are coldest (where I want to keep my soft drinks), it seems to operate well and relatively quietly. I particularly like the no-frills design, without the ice maker and water dispenser that takes up so much interior space and constitutes just one more thing to go wrong. Such fridges are hard to find.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poorly Made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The doors on this refrigerator do not meet. The installer tried to help with the visual issue by making the doors uneven at the top thus allowing the door handles to be even. What a disappointment. Warning it is junk do not purchase it.
