[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super happy with this charcoal smoker by Cuisinart. Very easy set up, easy to clean and it smokes thoroughly. We really like the size of it. It makes it easy and convenient to carry around. We were looking for something to be able to travel with esp on our camping trips. This smoker is perfect for that. If you are new to smoking or even and experienced one this would be a great set up. I highly recommend it.

Smoky Gourmet Delight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to whip up some smoky gourmet food the minute I received the Weber Smoker Verticle 16" Charcoal Smoker. I received this smoker for free to use and review. The smoker is well constructed and sturdy. It has a 3 year warranty. It is a nice size for storage and use. Since I'm a novice at this activity, I spent time reviewing the instruction booklet regarding how to use it safely. I read the "For The Love Of Smoke Recipe Book". I decided to try a simple recipe so I chose to do the stuffed mushrooms. They turned out great! The Barbeque Rub (in the recipe book) I sprinkled on them before the smoking process was delicious. The whole process was easy and the mushrooms took about an hour to smoke. Next time, I will try smoking some meat! This has opened up a whole new flavor adventure!

Happy Smoking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Cuisinart Charcoal Smoker and had my husband put it together the same day - The next day we smoked salmon and it cooked the salmon so good that we smoked salmon again the very next day! It smokes very fast and evenly and gives your meat a very nice smokey taste, it very easy to assemble, great size, easy to store!!! We are looking forward to having a million and one smoke-outs all Fall / Winter long- at least before rainfall. This Vertical smoker is one of the best charcoal smokers i've seen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This amazing this product was something new to us. My dad so amazed by it. Never seen anything like this but this great mini grill. Even for like camping when don't want take big grill. I enjoy our meat and veggies heated up. It work perfectly since our backgrad supper small. N just did the job fantastic .

It was much better than the same one in the store. Assembly was very easy. The charcoal smoker is very easy to use. Very professional work!

Good for beginner smokers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this 2 weeks ago and couldn't wait to start using it! I was a little slow in putting it together partly because I'm not super handy and partly there were a lot of parts to put together. I did think the packaging was very organized and I like the way they packaged all the bolts, nuts and washers in one package an labeled all of them accordingly.
It took me roughly 90 minutes to get it completely built. Afterwards I wanted to start cooking a brisket I found it a little hard to control the temp it takes a little more effort to use this than my main smoker which is also charcoal but its a hanging method and the heat is maintained at 275 degrees.
I think for the experience smoker you are going to want something more heavy duty this is great for a novice smoker that isn't going to make a lot of food at one time.

Another great Cuisinart product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super excited about this smoker right out of the box. Assembly wasn't the easiest, but just keep in mind that it'll be worth it in the end. I love that this is a vertical smoker, as even though it's pretty big it definitely takes up less space than it would if it were wider.
Heat control and heat retention are 2 of my favorite parts of this smoker, it makes it easy to have perfectly smoked meat results.. ahh the brisket I smoked last weekend was just unbelievably good.
We'll probably use this every weekend until winter.
