In advance of a 11 day trip to Europe, I was in search of a backpack to bring on my flights as a 'personal belonging' (aka purse) in addition to my carry-on luggage. The SMALL Xenon backpack was perfect. It is small, but perfect for iPad, umbrella, camera, glasses, raincoat, maps, etc. It is of high quality, and I'm sure I'll get years of use out of it.

This is a very easy to use, functional, and stylish back-pack. One aspect I did not consider before purchase is that it does not have an external water bottle pocket.

I am going to use this for my trip next month. My DSLR camera, wallet, umbrella, hairbrush, eyeglasses all fit into this one small backpack! I think it will fit my tablet too but I don't intend to be roaming around with the tablet in the backpack. I also have this backpack in a larger size and I like that it is so sturdy and it spreads the weight evenly on my back. I love the wide shoulder straps.
