After 6 months of use. "Ballistic" Nylon is tearing apart.

I always loved the wheeled briefcases from Samsonite for over 20 years. All my old ones were leather made and has never broken apart. This nylon model has been tearing apart after 6 months of easy use. I tried to contact Samsonite customer service but no response so far.
Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, Lightweight
Cons: Tears Easily, Weak Seams

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good compartments for keeping things organized. It does fit under the seat of a airplane. Only draw back is the rolling bag handle. It was inconsistent and hard to lock at the highest level. It sometimes popped out while rolling the bag too. The roller handle extension could also be a little longer.

Third one I have owned in this series. Fits my needs very well: laptop and papers most of the time; laptop and overnight sometimes. I take it everywhere. First got it to avoid getting a bad back, and so far working wonders...
