Great bag until two of the wheels stopped "spinning"

I use this bag whenever I travel, whether for business or pleasure. I keep my laptop in it, along with any other electronics, and whatever else I need for easy access when on a plane. The bag had been everything I wanted, until my last trip, when 2 of the 4 wheels decided not to spin without considerable resistance. As a result, the bag is no better than a wheeled bag. I am not sure if anything can be done. I looked into bringing these into an authorized service center, but the cost and hassle of shipping is prohibitive. I also have no proof of purchase, as this was a gift to me. So, in essence, this bag lasted 2-1/2 years and now has lost all its advantages.
Pros: Good Capacity
Cons: wheels don't spin easily (after a while)

Less than 6 months in, wheel bearings are already shot on one wheel. Bought samsonite FROM samsonite for one reason, quality. That must be a thing of the past. Yes, i will try to have them replace bag, but disappointed that this occurred in the first place. What good is a wheelie if you have to carry it?

This is the right size for what I needed, but has too much 'stuff' to it for what I really wanted. I needed a bag that had space for my laptop and a large and a small 3 ring binder, and with all the pockets and everything, it gets too tight (I travel with a number of files and a keyboard and mouse as well.) I'm afraid I'm going to break the zipper. Most disappointing to me tho, is the quality of the handle. When I am wheeling it, it has so much 'give.' It's not tight at all, lending me to believe it probably won't last for long. Either that or the zipper will give out...I'm using it because my last bag lost a wheel, and I had to have something, but if there had been an alternative timing wise, I would have returned it. It just doesn't suit my needs. :(

I bought it expecting to be a practical suitcase, but it is too big and whenever I add everything I need for a 1-2 day trip it inclines forward. Quality is below what I expect from a Samsonite. I got it in a deal and wanted to return, but Samsonite would charge so much for the return that it didn't worth sending it back. So I have a brand new product stuck under my bed.
Pros: Good Capacity, Lightweight
Cons: Poor Quality, Poor Weight Balance

Not sure how long the handle will hold up. wheels rolled well enough across the parking lot and i was able to carry whay i needed for a day in the cubicle.
