I have received this product with a faulty zipper and I've been trying for two weeks with customer service to return it. I wouldn't recommend buying from Samsonite's website. Extremely slow customer service.

Use it as a work laptop bag. I don't carry much to and from work, mainly my laptop and a pad folio and this work great. I could have went a little slimmer. Material and zippers feels durable. Enjoy having water bottle holders on both sides. #sweepstakes

Just used it for a trip to TN, NY and CA. Perfect for traveling. Just the right size to fit under aircraft seats. Dividers in front pocket keeps boarding passes and needed documents easily accessible. Just wish it came in colors other than black.

The straps would break, i have one were the the straps got the clothing off.
the rest of the backpack is great but the straps would were off and you will get the material exposed -inside
