Loved The Bag....Until it fell apart

I bought this bag less then a year ago and loved it until recently. It was a great fit for my MBP and iPad, along with a few other things. Easy to get computer in and out, and like the extra padding. But now the stitching is coming apart by the strap, one of the dual zippers came off, making very inconvenient to use. Shoulder strap padding already coming undone. If you look at the bag from the outside, it still looks like its brand new, but is falling apart at the seems...literally.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
