Plenty of cells or whatever they are called specifically designed for business use. There are places even for pens which I liked a lot. One thing people may not like much is that there is not much pad for the laptop but I carry mine inside a laptop sleeve that makes up for that. It has enough room to carry an ultrabook inside a sleeve. It is small so wouldn't fit a 15 incher but has enough size to fit large textbooks so it is good if you are going to a college.

This doesn’t have as many pockets in it as bigger bags, but that is to be expected, as it’s only 13 inches. This is the only bag I could find that has pockets in a bag this small that is quality.

I was looking for a small light bag that would accommodate my 13" dell, an iPad and misc chargers, passport and a note diary. All fits well. Note the sleeve for the charger is in the front compartment bit in the main compartment, which I prefer but maybe annoying to some.
