It keeps scanning for HDMI input. However, my docking station is connected to the DisplayPort connector. I can't find a way in the menus to manually set it to always use DisplayPort.

Have had this monitor for a week now and love it. Great resolution and large enough for multiple spreadsheets to be open at a time.

Needed an extra screen for my home office setup when my old monitor decided to give out. Purchased this because of the price point, resolution and size and i feel that I got more than I paid for. Excellent quality.

I've been a fan of ViewSonic monitors for over 10 years now, using them first at home, and then at work. Being IT Support I've setup thousands of monitors ranging from 17 inch 720p to 32 inch 4k concentrating mostly on 24 and 28 inch 1080p setups. I stopped working from home 4 years ago, but COVID sent me home again. I decided to upgrade my home displays from 19/24/19 1080p monitors to a pair of 27 inch 1440p (I was using a pair of 28 inch 1080p's at work). The 1440p upgrade from 1080p is well worth the cost. The contrast and refresh rate on these is great - even for streaming TV broadcasts (I play the news in the mornings while catching up on email). Make sure your system will support the resolution in the number of monitors you want. Using my dock I could only support one 1440p and two 1080p - so I have to run one from the dock and one from the laptop. I started out running one of the 27's and a 24 inch 1080p at the same time while I was figuring out what was going on with the dock - and I currently have them set up 27/24/27. I thought about keeping them setup like this because I do like having 3 monitors - but these 27's are so much nicer that the 24 inch 1080p has got to go. I think I'll get a 3rd one of these and mount it above...
