ONKYO TX8220 Stereo Receiver

We were looking for a good quality, reasonably priced stereo receiver to replace our old unit which decided to retire itself after many years. The ONKYO unit was easy to install, was obtained at a quite reasonable price, and has a very good sound quality level. We are seniors and have a sizable selection of CD's which we had not been able to listen to, and we have been enjoying them very much since acquiring our new system. Summing up, we are very satisfied.
I would recommend this to a friend!

AMAZING

Bought this along with the CD player. Also using Klipsch 500m. With 10 inch Klipsch powered subwoofer. This system gave me sounds that I never hear before. One thing that I liked about this receiver it has sub output. Clean and nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A bit Disappointed

This Receiver sounds awesome on FM and works great as a AMP for my CD player has lots of power for my speakers very clear @ crisp sounding running 4 speakers ,but very disappointed with the AM radio reception with the antenna supplied have tried other antennas from my old Onkyo micro system that receives AM stations perfectly ,I have had this new unit for a week and may return it as I have need for AM radio

Good sound cheap!

I love the sound of the unit.
The setting is a bit dificult.
I dont like the black finnish and small lettering on the front panel!
