This is the best Range Hood for Chinese cooking

I have used multiple Range Hood in my old house, my parents' house and my new house. The CFM label for many hood manufacture is over rated; they probably performed at the rated CFM without static pressure, that's without duct involved. Only fool will believe that a 6 inches duct can carry 960CFM on PacAir range hood being sold in Asian market. I have one of this PacAir hoods in my old house and it's junk. I bought this E64E30SS with 1500CFM external blower for my parents' house; the performance is unbelievable. My dad have been using this set up for 3 years and there isn't much grease around kitchen with our Chinese Wok cooking with Capital Wok Range. I just bought the same one for my new house and this is the best investment. For the most time, I only had to turn the speed dial to about 1/3. No nosiy and no smell. If you love cooking, you have to own one of this hood. Keep in mine, you need to open your window a little to allow fresh make-up air. I am looking forward to install a make-up air system in the coming year so that I dont have to have my Window open from time to time.

Just what I needed

Perfect for my 5-burner gas range with great lighting and effective fans. Fan screens are cleaned in the dishwasher, and I'm glad i made the investment in this vent.

I like all features of this product except for noise level at highest speed.

I like the look and the product's simple and easy to use features. I especially like how the filtres are easy to remove and to clean. The only negative aspect is the loud noise when fan operates at the highest speed. I always have it on the second highest speed.
