so easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a couple of weeks ago and was so excited. I made spare ribs in it. It was so easy just put the ribs in the crock and add water. Then set the temp and time and the ribs fell off the bone. I have a old crock pot but it is heavy and awkward. This is lightweight and easy to take along.

Great slow cooker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this slow cooker! I made lasagna and it tasted just like i baked it in a regular oven. Plan on making soup in it next. I just wish the handles on the ceramic insert were a little larger and maybe with an easy grip. I have arthritis in my hands, and that would help. Also would like to know the temperature range on each temp of warm, low, and high. Some recipes have temperatures , and not low or high. Other than that it is very easy to use!

A Real Time Saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have to be away from the house for extended periods during the day. It's so nice to come home and have the meal ready. Being able to program the slow cooker insures the meal will not be over cooked.

Excellent Product- Easy & Fun to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received my new Hamilton Beach Crockpot, and have used it to make beef stroganoff and chili, already. It is so easy to use. Liked the multi-function button panel. Easy to clean. The lid clips onto the crockpot, making it easy to take with you if you are traveling. However, the locking mechanism isn’t as sturdy as I would’ve liked it to have been.

I JUST GOT THE HAMILTON BEACH PROGRAMMABLE SLOW COOKER ITS AWESOME !!..ITS A LARGE 7 QUART COOKER WITH AMAZING EXTRA FEATURES.... THE LID HAS 2 CLAMPS THAT HOLD IT DOWN MAKING THE SLOW COOKER ACT LIKE A PRESSURE COOKER AS WELL YOU KNOW HOW SLOW COOKERS USE LIQUID AND GET DRYER AS THEY COOK.. THE SAME BROTH I PUT IS WAS THERE WHEN I OPENED IT UP ..ITS FANTASTIC!!! INSTEAD OF JUST A LOW MED HIGH SETTINGS IT ACTUALLY HAS A PROGRAMMABLE FEATURE THAT YOU CAN SET UP TO 10 HOURS OF COOKING TIME THAT SHUTS THE MACHINE DOWN TO WARM AFTER ITS DONE COOKING.. I PUT MY MEAT AND VEGGIES IN AND LEFT AND 8 HOURS LATER IT WAS DONE THE MEAT WAS MOIST READY TO GO AND TASTED AWESOME !! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW CROCK POT THAT HAS EXTRA FEATURES THIS WOULD BE THE ONE TO GET !!

Extremely Versatile Slow Cooker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box this has proven to be one workhorse of a slow cooker.First job of the cooker was cooking green peanuts and once they had finished cooking the warming feature was great since we could enjoy the peanuts all through the evening. I have been testing recipes nonstop for upcoming Fair competitions and now there is no worry about transporting my food items thanks"clip tight lid" . I do like the wrap around element which has provided even cooking, which is a must when working sauce based dishes that you do not want to scorch. I love the large 7 quart capacity of this cooker I no longer cook Apple Butter on top of the stove with the cooker I can place over 3 lbs of apples in the cooker along with spices and low and slow for several hours , no scorching thanks to the warming feature. You will have some of the smoothest Apple Butter without have to stand over a stove for several hours for the same results.
Clean up with the cooker is a breeze and I have had the slow cooker for several months working this thing to death getting ready for State Fair Cooking competitions and the results are always consistent! The lid once clamped retains heat nicely which is needed when transporting food for any distance. I have not experienced any negative aspects/components with the cooker . The Stay or Go cooker has exceeded my expectations based on the amount of work I have put this cooker through! I have had excellent results and other who are considering purchasing I don't think you could go wrong with the Stay and Go Cooker.

Great features, perfect size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been wanting a slow cooker for a long while. I'm so glad I waited until I found this one! The ability to program it is such a great feature, & I find it very useful. This makes it possible to have dinner on the table at the perfect time!
Using this slow cooker is so much easier than I realized it would be. I love the simplicity of adding the ingredients, setting the time, & allowing it to do all the work!
The size is perfect as well. I usually only cook for two people, so, it's a good size for that, but, it's also large enough that I can easily make larger quantities for guests, or if I want to have leftovers, or enough to freeze for another meal on another day.
Not only is it very functional, it's also quite beautiful! It looks great with my stainless appliances, & I don't think twice about leaving it out on the counter or hutch.
All-in-all, I am very pleased with my Hamilton Beach slow cooker!
I would recommend this to a friend!
