Not leak proof ... disappointed

I bought one in USA as I thought it was leak proof so I can carry it all day out.
This morning is the first day I use it, I put iced tea in and when I was so happy putting it into my bag, it leaks.

Only thing I want to express is that, why would this company creates a good stainstell cup but not leak proof ......

Not splash-proof at all

This spills absolutely everywhere if liquid ever touches the bottom of the lid (so it's a to-go mug that really needs to be stationary...). There's no seal in the lid at all - it's just two pieces of hard plastic that kind of fit together.

As most of the other reviews the top leaves a lot to be desired. Splash proof hardly and the lid is extremely difficult to sip hot coffee from. Wish they would sell a replacement sealed lid.

Insulation is off the charts! Water stays. Cold for a long time. Comfy feel and awesome build quality. Only annoyance is that the bottle isn't perfectly sealed.

I bought 6 for Christmas presents so I cannot comment on durability or functionality. I can say it feels solid and looks very nice. For the price, it was better than many other brands out there.

I always pedaled with my bike and used Camelback products and they were always the best, so I bought these glasses thinking it would be the same quality, but the glasses do not seal the liquid, if turning the glass spills all the liquid, does not keep the temperature neither hot nor cold, no good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
