Not Spill Proof!

Giving one star due to the cover being not spill proof. I have spill my coffee too many times due to its poorly designed cover. Also when i drink, my nose is touching the lip cover, not cool. We need better designed replacement cover. Thanks.

Splash Proof????

Apparently 'splash proof' does not mean 'spill proof'. First day trying this, I was loading the dog and my stuff into the car, and I thought "Why is everything so wet?, Look, water everywhere. Hey, my jacket's all wet!"
Turns out the lid is basically useless, any liquid inside pours out at the slightest angle. Good thing I discovered this with a cold liquid and not hot. How did this awful contraption make it to market? What a waste!

Not spill-proof (nor even spill-resistant)

The lid does not in any way hinder liquids from spilling out. That's the #1 reason for a cup having a lid, and this one does not work. Cute design, but can't be used other than sitting on your desk.

Just bought, got a coffee on way home even when fully closed & securely on, the lid isn’t fully watertight - hot coffee was coming out from underneath & on to my hand whilst walking. I wanted to use this in the side pocket of my backpack, but it will be useless for that if it leaks - what a massive design failure, very disappointing indeed! Really surprised you have managed to release a product without this being picked up; if it’s meant to be covered by the very vague description of this lid as “splash proof” then that is a really poor from Camelbak

My 20 oz tumbler keeps coffee hot for hours but don't tip the tumbler because it leaks from the lid - such a disappointment! Can't travel with it as planned.

Best cup!!!

I recently purchased this cup and I love it so much. I take my cup to bed with me every night and it keeps my ice cubes and water ice cold so when I wake up in the morning I have ice cold water. My cup is with me through out the day it never leaves my side. The quality and the durablity of this cup is Perfect!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is perfect size, maintains temp and love that the lid can be taken apart to be cleaned thoroughly. Best feature is tab snaps into place to stay open.

not splash proof

I just purchased this from a local bike shop. I've been looking for an all round tumbler to fit in my bottle cage. I haven't tried that part out yet, and am hesitant too as the coffee spills out of the cup in the car cup holder. I'm not sure what Camelbak means when they describe the lid as "splash proof". The insulation is great, but the lid is not spill proof.
