Great Second set.

I have this TV set up in my exercise room. It is the perfect set for spinning in front of. The colors are great and the set up was easy. I'm glad I picked this Samsung TV.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased this TV for my elder parents who have problems seeing. Works great nice large screen with excellent clarity. Picture and words on screen are very sharp so they can see/read them very well. Only problem is the remote--too complicated for 90 year olds; so got the simple Comcast remote they were use too--problem solved. They don't need to Smart functions as too involved for them. Design of a narrow frame around the picture works great.
We were not sure about getting a Smart T.V. as we are seniors, and not into high tech products, however this T.V. is senior friendly, easy to navigate, picture is awesome , crystal clear. Sound is great, you can change settings with ease,
I am addressing this review to seniors that may be hesitant in buying a Smart T.V as we were, but believe me, you will love this T.V
Outstanding pic quality at a fair reasonable price compared to other brands. When looking at different brands side by side Samsung outshined all others for picture clarity.
Every time I looked in the TV section of a store, I was always blown away by the quality of the Samsung tv picture. I would just watch the TV and be in awe of how great everything looked. So when I was finally in the market for a new tv for the bedroom, I immediately asked for Samsung.
When I got the tv home and hooked it up, I was not disappointed. The picture was just as good at home as it was in the store. However I noticed that on most of the things I watched, the volume was extremely low. I checked everything and saw that I had the volume to the max level and I could barely make out what was being said on screen. At first I thought it was just me, but everyone who watched the tv commented on the same poor sound quality.
After a couple of weeks, I was about to take the TV back but my husband suggested going to the store to see if we were doing something wrong. When we got there, we met an associate who was very helpful who told us that sound quality was has been a constant complaint for many who bought the same TV and she said that many didn't realize it because in the store, all the tvs are hooked up to sound bars and surround sound. Instead of returning the tv (because the picture was just that freakin' awesome), we opted for an affordable sound bar manufacture by a company that specializes in audio. We felt that if the sound quality on a Samsung tv wasn't all that great, than a sound bar would probably be just as bad.
I think Samsung has an awesome product and is far ahead of competitors when it comes to TVs, you just need to work on the sound quality.
I really like my Smart TV. The picture quality is good and I really like the features. also I like how it is compatible with my GS4 smart phone. I would recommend it to anyone,
