Just the right size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old freezer died and I was in need for an immediate replacement. This chest freezer was just the right size to hold the half a cow I had just got back from the butcher shop. Great product and good efficiency.

just the right size downsized family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer is the perfect size for my decreasing family. I like to take advantage of food sales and use a food saver to keep foods fresh when frozen. My only complaint is the inability to purchase extra hanging baskets from Frigadare. I was able to purchase 2 that I was able to cut and adapt to fit. These extra baskets make the use of freezer more practical.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Frigidaire chest that I own (the first purchased about 8 years ago), I now have a pair, one in the kitchen and the new one in the basement.
I always seemed to fill up the first one, figured a pair would best suit my needs.
So far, no problems at all and both store food at -5 to -12 degrees.
I do not even have to defrost that often, maybe once every 2 years, so manual defrost works well for me.
