fairly fragile water bottle

At first it was very well insulated. I dropped it and a plastic piece in the flip top broke so I had to use the wire loop to keep the top closed. It was still usable, but after a month of daily use, the insulation stopped working. Ice cubes on the inside melted quickly and the bottle was cold to the touch. Pretty fragile product and disappointing quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I recieved the 24oz version of this product for Christmas. I didn't even get to use it once as I dropped it from hip level and the lid broke off. The lid is a critical part of the bottle and it is now useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect for my daughter to take to school!

We love this bottle for its durability and no sweat feature. My daughter takes it to school and it works great. One question, the flip top lid, do you sell replacements? She did manage to Crack the lid. Sigh.
I would recommend this to a friend!

New ones suck

I had an old one I got back in 2016, it was working great till lately when I lost it, now I bought a new one, with a different lid, and it sucks. I actually bought 2, and they both do not hold the temperature, besides the metal part where you screw the lid rusts, that didn’t happened on my old bottle
