reboots daily, even during cooking

we have had this wall oven for 2 years. early disappointments include: the sharp handles immediately scratched our brand new fridge next to it, and the clock on the display cannot be programmed to remain on, so i had to buy a separate wall clock for the kitchen :| early days, the display rebooted randomly only every few months. now, it reboots at least once per day, including when we are actively trying to use it with the oven on! for thanksgiving, the thing rebooted the moment the timer went off but thankfully we knew the timer was going off or we would have burned our stuff! it appears the oven stays on when it reboots because it's "still on" when the display is done rebooting several minutes later. without the display, this oven/microwave literally cannot be used.

Wish we'd bought a different brand

our unit has so many annoying issues we regret the purchase decision. (we purchased it 3 years ago.)
1) it crashes and reboots randomly
2) after crashing it loses its ntp settings and thus the clock drifts.
3) when i contacted samsung about this issue they wanted me to pay to send a tech out to resolve the issue.
4) the circular part that supports the glass platter inside is easily broken if it is in anyway twisted. i've had to replace our's twice so far.
5) the steam reservoir melted.
6) the ui just sucks. i've seen dvd menus more user friendly than this one's. in addition the response time is laggy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features but software issues

love the conbo and look. they work dantastically and love the versatility of both. the unit doea randomly revoot and time slowly lags behind but is fixed after reboot. clock originally would not remain visable but after a year the new software release foxed that.
