Does not record steps properly (compared directly against my knockoff Fitbit which recorded 2500 steps vs 230 on the Garmin during a walk with my dogs). Unable to see the screen in moderate daylight. Does not always sync to phone without having to open the app. Does not move seamlessly between screens, very jerky movement. Does not always turn screen on when looking at the face or tapping the screen, sometimes it takes 6-8 taps before the screen activates. It's like the product features were an afterthought to the design. Very disappointing and certainly not worth the money.

This watch is so pretty on the wrist. It doesn't look like a smartwatch. I like almost everything about it. That said, the screen isn't that sensitive, and sometimes I have to tap and tap...and tap. Other than that, great buy!

I bought my watch December 2018, and I have received so many compliments on it. Once people figure out it's a smart watch, they are in shock. I ultimately wanted to get a watch that counted my steps and was waterproof. When I stumbled upon this one, I was thrilled! It has been so useful.

I love this watch. It has a traditional face and all the data I'm looking for available at a glance. It's clean and stylish which is great for work outs and dressing up. My only wish is to have the ability to change the weather from F to C. All other units to stay as is.

Not easy to set up

Got this in rose gold and white for my birthday, as a less expensive and prettier alternative to the Apple Watch. I still have to learn how to use some the features and although it has a huge face, I like it for use as my sport watch. It was extremely difficult to set up, got stuck in the wrong language and my 21 year old finally had to help me. Thank goodness for our children, who can help us set up these techno gadgets.
