A few years ago, I purchased and used the Vivoactive model. I wanted something that looked like a real watch and was more stylish; so, I decided to purchase the Vivomove HR (Light Gold Stainless Steel Case with Light Brown Leather Band). I love the look of the traditional watch but wish there were different size face options to fit a female wrist. I have a very small wrist; so, the watch face is quite big on me. The quick release watch bands are great and are fully adjustable to my small wrist. My husband has a Forerunner and we like the fact that we can share bands. One disappointment is how often the Vivomove disconnects from my phone, even when my phone is just one room away in our house. I never had that problem with my Vivoactive.

I bought one and then a second one because my daughter took it! I get tons of compliments on it. Absolutely love how the messages are discreet.

Better than Apple Series 4
on January 17, 2019

I bought this watch after buying the Apple Series 4 watch. There are lots of reasons I like it better than Apple. First, it is a watch with hands and I can see the time without having to touch the face. With Apple, it took two hands to see the time. It does everything I want and need on an uncluttered and beautiful watch face. It monitors heart rate, activity, has a “move” reminder with vibration alert. It pairs to my iPhone and alerts me to calls and messages. I can read email on the watch face and see whose calling. It shows weather, calendar, calories burned, steps walked and stairs climbed, and has exercise goal setting features. Right now I’m using the exercise goal program that fits my profile. I like the large circular face and comfortable band. And I like the thoughtful design. The hands automatically move to 10:10 position so the data display zone at 6:00 is never blocked by the watch hands. When you are done with the data display, the hands move back to the correct time. The Apple Watch is heavy in comparison to the Garmin Vivomove HR. I can truthfully say that I have forgotten the Garmin is even on my wrist- until it reminds me to move every hour. Love, love, love my Vivomove HD and it’s half the price of the Apple Series 4 GPS version. I’m giving the Apple to my niece. Buy the Garmin Vivomove HD. It does not disappoint!

My friend received it as a Xmas gift....I loved the style and the function! I asked for it as my birthday gift and received it 3 days ago. I LOVE this watch! I love that I can rd five text messages. I love that I receive sleep stats. And I love the challenge to reach my step and stair goals. And....it is so light weight I barely know I’m wearing a beautiful, functional watch!
