I expected more

Considering it is swim proof I was expecting it to track swim laps etc this was a big disappointment for me, also it would have been good to have minute timer in the workout mode. It has quite a large face making it feel a bit chunky.

I am sorry for the confusion, however Garmin does not market the vivomove HR as a swimming device for tracking swim activities.

Terrible look & feel

I'm using Garmin for years, use to be a great product, I'm a biker, a Garmin fun. I was trying to find a nice looking watch, lighter and easy to use. But now, very disappointed with this new product. Is really difficult to read the time, the screen has many brightness in the light and is confused when looking for the time. The digital display options do not look good under normal conditions, I mean outdoors.

Sorry to hear about your experience with the device. The OLED screen adjusts to ambient light to maximize battery life. In direct sunlight the screen will get brighter.

I bought this as a simpler smartwatch option and mostly for the waterproof feature. It is very comfortable, pairs great with my iwatch. I tried this along with a fossil watch which has more features but is larger and bulky compared to the garmin. Also my wife likes how it looks on me.

So Far So Good

I've only had it a few days, but I'm liking the device (and the app). I love that it's part digital and part analog. I love that I can start a working on demand vs just depending on it auto sensing it. I love that it has options with respect to when the digital display is active. This is my first Gamin, so I'm getting used to the Connect app, but it too is good. It provides a lot of information. Oh, it's silicon band, but more flexible than on other devices I've had which I like a lot. All in all, good stuff.

Great fashionable tracking watch!

I love that this watch tracks sleep and steps. I like that it also gives notifications from your phone. I wish there was a way to filter which phone notifications come up on the watch. I really just want text message notifications and not every other app notification on my phone b

My time was off

I just got a vivemove HR. I loved it until I noticed that my clocks hands were off. The time on the digital clock was correct but the analog clock was off by 5:30 hours. I was very upset with this because it was such a nice watch.
