After 6 hours of attempts, never synced with pixil

This is a lovely watch. I watched you tubes, I read the quick guide I downloaded the manual and gave this a massive attempt to connect to my Pixel phone. I restarted, reset, deleted the app and started over, cleared the cache, repeat the process until I realized I know hated the watch. The trouble shooting guide is poor. Help forums were not helpful. I'm going back to a previous smart watch with excellent customer support

I personally use a Pixel and have paired/used this device with no issue, so we will need to gather information from you directly to escalate this issue. I exchanged my Fitbit for this, and I'm so HAPPY I did! It works great and has so much to offer. It looks so expensive, but it's not. I highly reccomend this watch to everyone

Newest IOS update

Just got this and it connected my phone notifications fine. With the new IOS 12.1 update it no longer works. Hopefully this gets fixed.

Exactly what I was looking for!

I was looking for a watch that would track my steps, calories, activity, and sleep, but I also wanted something classy and elegant. The vivomove HR is exactly that! It is very clean and classy, does everything I wanted, and is even waterproof! Worth every dollar.

Will not connect

Worked one day on previous IPhone 6, but will not connect to new Xr IPhone.
Not a Happy Camper! Was initially sooo excited!!!!!!
