Love the watch!

Love the watch however the silicone band is causing a major irritation on my wrist. I bought the Rose Gold with black silicone band with Rose Gold clasp. I’d love to get a black leather band with Rose Gold clasp. Any suggestions? I have been unable to find a replacement band.

Just What I Wanted

Since Jawbone went under, have been looking for something else and have never been too enamored with Fitbit. My Daughter recommended this and I have really been happy so far. Really like the dashboard on the cell app and the levels of details it gives.

POOR JUST PLAIN POOR DEVICE

Unable to use device to connect to Spotify. You can only use the music player app. Unacceptable and returned device.

If you are using an iOS device, you will be limited in what music player you can use. If you are using Android, you should be able to select Spotify as your default player and control this with your vivomove HR. These are not limitations that we have created, but are part of the respective operating systems of these phones. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Difficult to set up

I have tried 3 phones, one apple, two android. It took me two days to set up. Also, it doesn’t have swimming tracking function. There is no clear instructions in the box. It is a beautiful watch, but just like a human nature, a appearance attached with a label on his forehead: “to let, unfurnished” Also, a critical downside, it does not pair with Huawei phone, Garmin said they would sort this problem out ASAP, I went to the forums, some records’ time is back to quite a few years ago. I could not understand why Garmin still trying without any solution.

We have released multiple software updates for multiple Garmin devices to resolve issues with pairing to Huawei phones. Some handset manufacturers present more problems than others, and this is not entirely in Garmin's control. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
