I got this watch 2 weeks ago and not that happy with it. While it looks great it is not easy to use or see the settings. If I had the opportunity to test drive this watch I would of went with a different model or brand.

First impression kind of a let down.

Don’t understand why the hour hand is a different color than the minute hand - kind of hard to read.

I have heart trouble known as AFib and tracking my heartbeat is very important to controlling it. The watch has given me some peace of mind about the heart rate when I am walking and exercising.

Beautiful watch, UX and onboarding is poor

I like how it looks and so far its been good. onboarding was a bit dreadful and the fact you have to plug it in first to start using it is a let down. I ran through the steps and the watch was telling my one thing, while the app was telling me another. Another problem is that it loses connection with your phone pretty easily and doesnt reconnect without intervention from the user. Meaning the smart watch/phone features are useless and the weather app on the watch never gets info until you open your phone and "sync" ... also the music controller on the watch only works with the default or system player (in my case google music - i dont have an account, I use spotify). So could be much better in the UX department - hopefully the watch tells time correctly and doesnt break on me.

I've only had this watch for 2 days and it was easy to program and easy to understand. If there is an upgrade in the future....I won't hesitate to buy it.
