Pretty disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this refrigerator for 1.5 months and we've had 4 appliance repair technicians come by to fix it. The refrigerator hasn't been at normal temps for almost 3 weeks causing the food to spoil. We lost a great amount of food in the last 2 weeks. Food ain't cheap. We're still waiting to get the problem resolved. According to a Frigidaire representative another technician is coming out today from 12pm-3pm to see if they can fix or try to give us a replacement. Just want this issue resolved its been on going for almost 3 weeks already.

A lot of issues but resolved now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the unit 5 months ago & finally got all the issues addressed after 6 tech visits and a replacement was delivered. Horrible experience between both manufacturer & store. Each wanted to blame the other and no one wanted to just fix the issues. It will be very hard to shop with either in the future.

My new fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it, It would be 5-stars if freezer had a light. Don't understand why it doesn't. Very hard to see inside especially at night. Would pay more for that feature alone! Would choose another brand for that feature alone!

Frustrated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was purchased in December of 2017 and I have had (4) service calls from (4) different repair shop for the freezer frosting up and the refrigerator door not closing properly. I had to purchase an additional extended warranty because I had no confidence in the refrigerator working properly. Today August 6, 2020 hopefully I had my last service call. Verdict is still out. Hoping the situation has been resolved, this entire experience has been very frustrating.

Nice shelving options

This refrigerator is roomy and has many nooks and crannies for your stuff! I like the white light instead of the old school yellow light inside.
I would recommend this to a friend!
