This is one on the feature that is in the Express Homes by DRH. Day one this Frig makes a noise like a little man is inside of the frig tinkering

Mel123, I am saddened that your new refrigerator is louder than you expected. I know how frustrating it can be to adjust to the sounds from a new appliance. Your new, high-efficiency refrigerator may introduce unfamiliar sounds. These sounds normally indicate your refrigerator is operating correctly. Some hard surfaces like floors, walls, kitchen cabinets, and open concept living spaces may make these sounds more noticeable. Please compare what you are hearing to the normal operating sounds listed on page 24 in your Owner’s Manual. Clunking Ice Maker

We understand that some sounds coming from your refrigerator can be a little bothersome.
Your ice maker may make many sounds such as clunking or thumping; which would be a normal operational sound the ice maker will make as the ice cubes fall into the ice bin.
Also, the ice maker fan, water valve activation and refrigerant gas may create sounds during the ice maker operation.
Should you experience any sounds that are not normal, please contact us at 1-888-203-1389 Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST and Saturday 9am-6pm EST at your convenience.

Lock feature

It keeps items cold, drawers stick

Since it was part of my builder package. The drawers stick and hard to use. I’ve tried parifin wax to make them slide better but does work either. Not crazy about the refrigerator. Food is kept cool and frozen.

Rub the gliders of the drawers, and the guides on each side of the refrigerator with olive oil to ease the gliding action. Then reinstall to ensure they are installed correctly in the guides.
