Hello there, NSGN! We are sorry to hear that you are having this issue. We would be glad to help. If your fridge is leaking from the dispenser, check to see if any ice blocking or frost is forming around the outside or inside of the chute. ​Ice in the door/chute could melt and leak down the chute. ​Open the door and look down the chute to clear any frost or ice buildup. Also, check to see if any droplets are forming at the tip of the water dispenser or if the tip is wet. If there is air in the waterline, it could cause water to drip from the water dispenser. To check for air in the waterline, you will need to prime/purge the line. Do this by pressing a glass against the water dispenser paddle and filling it with water while checking for leaks at the filter housing.​ ​Note that there will be noticeable spurts and sputters as the system pushes air through the system and out the dispenser nozzle—this is normal. It may take approximately 1.5 minutes to fill the system. Prime filter system and purge remaining air from the water line by continuing to flush the system for approximately 4 minutes (stopping to empty the glass as needed). The water dispenser has a safety device that shuts off the water flow after three minutes of continuous use. To reset this shutoff device, simply release the dispenser paddle.
