[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am having some issues with the ice maker and water. We have to hold the side door close so that it makes ice! I have called a rep to come out and hopefully it will be fixed.

One issue

Ensure that the water filter is not frozen or cracked, also make sure that the water filter is set into place. These are some reasons that could cause the water flow to slow or stop inside the refrigerator.
