With your new appliance, modern, high-efficiency compressors operate much faster than older models. The compressor may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound. These are all normal sounds and soon will become familiar to you. The sounds indicate your appliance is operating as designed. Hard surfaces, such as vinyl or wood floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make sounds more noticeable. Very Noisy Refrigerator

I’m sorry to learn your fridge is making loud sounds. Your new, high-efficiency refrigerator may introduce unfamiliar sounds. These sounds normally indicate your refrigerator is operating correctly. Some surfaces on floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make these sounds more noticeable.
Today’s compressors run much faster than in the past. Your compressor may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound. Have you had an opportunity to review the “NORMAL OPERATING SOUNDS AND SIGHTS” on page 23 of your Use & Care guide?
Also, please watch this short video of some of the sounds your fridge may produce.

I’m glad to learn we were able to schedule a diagnostic visit to your home with an authorized service provider, and the tech was able to address your concerns about the performance and maintenance of your refrigerator.
