Garbage OTR

Just west of money
very noisy and top of that wont able to remove cooking steam and oil flumes.
lots of oil found top of microwave and cabinat after 2 weeks of use.

Poor quality

I've had this microwave for 4-5 months now, and am overall dissatisfied. It looks nice, but it heats unevenly, and the black stainless coating is already chipping off of the handle. It also has the most annoying and persistent beep even finished, however you can turn off the sound, so that helps. I would not recommend this microwave.

Also, wipe down the walls of the microwave. Food or debris can affect your heating performance. not so much

we saved and got the gallery fridge stove and microwave for 50th anniversary..6 days after warranty has gone it started to blow fuses..sent it out twice to be repaired to the tune of over $200...we live on a fixed income and cannot afford to keep on like this..the fuse blew again this morning..I love it but now we have the old micro sitting on the counter again..can't even take it down till someone comes by to help with it

Convection doesn't work

We just recently bought this appliance mainly (99%) for its convection function, after installing it according to the install guide we were excited to try the convection feature and were highly disappointed. After selecting the desired temperature the it's starts running and after just a few seconds it starts beeping and stops working. I'm not sure if it's a faulty convection otr or what the problem is, but the fact that I have to invest my time now to get it working is very disappointing to me.

After setting the temperature, the microwave should enter preheat mode, and will signal when the desired temperature is reached. After preheat, you can put in your food and set the time to cook. Fancy but noisy!

This microwave looks really nice with that dark glass and stainless design. As a microwave, it does its job. Was it worth to pay for that convection feature? Not really. I have tried two times and it is struggling to reach its max temp. Good only for cookies are cup cake.
The annoying beep sound it does ... It is so stressful ! I and my wife gets crazy when it beeps continuously every few seconds..If we are having a discussion, one of us needs to run to the kitchen to stop that madness. There is not even a way to lower the volume. This is the most expensive microwave we ever bought and the most annoying of all. The engineer who designed that should be fired. Once out of warranty, I am planning to open that microwave and cut the wire on that speaker...I am serious.
It has been 6 months since we installed this microwave and it is now making a buzzing noise when in use. The cheap ones we had previously were quiet compare to this.
It is what it is...a cheap microwave disguise as a fancy one.

Blew out right after 2 year warranty period!

We had the same experience as many others here with this product. It was installed by the home builder (D.R. Horton) and right after the two years were up it started tripping the breaker. Reset it several times, but then it just sparked and was done for. I guess that's the reason they discontinued the product. Disappointing. Going with a different brand now.

Blowing fuses

Like most reviews I am reading about most model microwaves from Frigidaire, right after the warranty the ceramic fuse blows. After researching I discovered it could be the door switches given that the fuse only blows when closing the door. So, I found the faulty switch and replaced it. Lasted for a few months then it happened again. This time when I tested all the switches they were all fine however, I decided to still replace all three door switches with new ones, changed the fuse.... it worked for a few days then it stopped working again. Now I am thinking it must be the black plastic piece that holds the three door switches in place is worn out and slightly grooved (which is what I can see) which makes the door uneven and causes a fault.
These appliances nowadays are designed and built to fail so you spend more money to replace them. Unlike back in the day where appliances lasted generations.
