Love the pressure cooker however would like directions on cooking smaller meals even a 6 qt is a bit much for family of two

I was raised on pressure cooked meals but this is the first one Ive had. Im anxious to use it. Seems a whole lot safer and easier to use than the one I remember growing up. I have appreciated reading the reviews. Thanks for sharing them
