Problematic

Our refrigerator is 3 years old, we’ve been in our house 2 years, and have had 4 service calls in 1 year. The ice maker has been replaced once, motor has frozen twice, and the fan motor makes a horrible noise. I really dislike this refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Shelf configuration awkward in both freezer and refrigerator compartments. Finding space for taller bottles not easy. I like info displays and reminders to order filters.

Great coldness!!

upper doors work good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time we have had a bottom door freezer. The ice machine in up in the refrigeration area and seems to melt if warm items are put in the frig. The bottom pull out draw for meats and cheeses should be two draws so both doors don't have to be opened to access draw.

Disappointed with ice maker

The large visable lunch meat (cold cuts) drawer sold us. We bought this two years ago and love all the extra room we have. Our problem is the ice maker currently. I was told that the freezer on the bottom and the ice maker on the top was an engineer's nightmare. I understand that. But evidently this has not been perfected yet.. After several repair visits, I was told to put a container of hot water in the ice making area. This just seems so old fashioned for 2019. It feels like 1950 trying to defrost a frezzer. There is probably nothing more you can do but I just wanted to put that out there

ICE MAKER

The Ice Maker worked the first month and hasn't worked since, Had it serviced 3 times out of pocket expense and STILL DOES NOT WORK!!!! It is the WORST EVER!! Horrible product
