[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 1 month ago, for the first couple of weeks the compressor sounded like it was going to rattle out of the unit.. It has since stopped and is working perfectly but, it was odd. I am very happy with the over all performance and the storage space.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had it for 5 or 6 months now. Can seem to figure out how to set selves in it. Can stand a bottle of catsup in it unless you want everything else laying down. Same with door holders no room for tall items if you want to put milk in door. Freezer is really big but kids keep putting stuff on top basket and it gets knocked off and you have to really work to reach the stuff that falls behind the main bin.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Yikes! Mike 187235471073, I surely can relate! I had quite the time trying to figure out where to place shelves and door bins myself when I went to a french door bottom freezer refrigerator from a side by side. Pages 25-29 in your Owner’s Manual has directions on how to move the shelves and bins. I personally am a visual person, and found a casual internet search for images (on organizing my refrigerator) gave me inspiration. With so many ways to organize the interior, you are bound to find one that works. Great Refrigerator

SLOW ICE MAKER- but great fridge

The ice maker on this refrigerator is extremely slow. It does not keep up the ice that me and my family use daily. We've had to resort to using ice cube trays as well. My main goal in buying this frig was the ice maker. I had hoped for better. However, the frig is very well lit and spacious. I am happy with the frig part and the freezer section. The ice maker is the downfall. If you are buying this frig for the ice maker, I suggest buying differently.

Yikes! I am sad to hear how unhappy you are with the ice maker in your new refrigerator. Susie71. I have some hints that may help with the slow ice production you are experiencing. Please check to ensure the water valve going to the refrigerator is all the way open. I lowered the temperature in my freezer by 2 degrees, and that seemed to help my slow ice production dilemma. Recommended water supply pressure should fall between 30 psi and 100 psi. Are you on a well or have a reverse osmosis system (these have variances with water pressure that may impact both water dispensing and ice production)? You will find more trouble shooting tips on page 35 in your Owner’s Manual. It's decent...

So far, the refrigerator light has burned out, the ice machine keeps leaking water for some reason.. enough to be annoying where every time you open the door, a puddle of water splashes on the floor from the water/ice dispenser. Not sure what the deal is. Other than that it's pretty nice, lots of room.

Uh oh, SpartyOn33! I hate to hear you are having trouble with your new fridge. Be on the lookout for some replacement bulbs in the mail within 7-10 business days. Be sure to check the ice chute. Hello, Emmie! I hate to hear that you are not impressed with your new fridge. This model is capable of making 2.5-3.0 lbs of ice a day. Make sure the water valve is completely open. If you are on well water or have a reverse osmosis system, a bypass filter may be necessary. New refrigerators are designed to save energy. While you will hear it running the majority of the time, it has a low energy consumption fan and compressor, so it uses less electricity.
