Disappointing Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refridgerator 6 weeks ago and have been so disappointed. First of all, there is no closed container for dairy products like butter. I drink quite a bit of water all day long and there is no chilled water even though the manual says otherwise. Then the ice started melting and ran down the front of the fridge and into the freezer. I haven't had ice to chill the tepid water! Still waiting for the part to arrive for the past two week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Spacious design and easy access to all area's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit 5 months ago and have been very pleased. the design allows for plenty of storage and easy to get items in and out. I did have an issue with the ice maker but the Service Center and Technician were very helpful and I had quick repair. Not only was the repair swift but the material used was a better quality to reduce the change of a reoccurrence.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Average refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like the features but when the refrigerator was delivered it had scratches all over it. I kept it because I didn't want the hassle of returning and getting another one. I didn't even have it a full year and the ice maker broke down. The service people were good and repaired the ice maker. For a brand new refrigerator I shouldn't be having these issues. I would rate this refrigerator as average at best.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
