Happy with my purchase

No problems at all. We use the ice maker/water dispenser all day, every day. I do wish the ice cubes were a little larger. Crushed ice is great. It's great at night...the light on the water dispenser goes on and off automatically when you get water. Nice feature! Purchased black fridge to match my existing appliances. I'm always cleaning off fingerprints, but that's just typical for a black appliance.

Nice and roomy

I have had this fridge for six months and it works perfectly. I looks great in my kitchen and makes plenty of ice for my family. The adjustable shelves are a plus and the deli drawer is great. The freezer holds more than I expected and the drawer in the top of the freezer is very convenient. I made a great choice and the price could not be beat.

Great use of space

It takes up the same amount of space as our old side by side refrigerator but uses the space much better. We can fit way more food in our fridge and freezer. We are very happy with our decision.

Runs Constantly

We bought this product less than a month ago when our old one died on us. We looked at many products similar to this and decided on this one. I am thinking this was a bad mistake. We have done everything recommended and it STILL runs almost NON STOP I am going to hate to see our electric bill this month. We have adjusted temp, had professionals install the unit and set it up. We lowered the temp and ran a few days at 0 on freezer and 33 on refrigerator side. We then raised the temp at 6 on freezer and it shut off until the temp reached 6 and then it went back to running almost non stop. we have a lot of food in the freezer and refrigerator side to help keep the constant temp. I am getting aggravated at this and am so ready to return it if I can't find a solution soon. Our room temp stays around 68. I have felt for seal leaks and just about everything you can think of and it STILL RUNS. Is anyone else having this type of problem if so please let me know.

Hi REHass. We thank you for commenting on your concerns regarding the run time of your refrigerator. Our new refrigerators are designed to be more efficient in that they use newer components and run at a consistent speed/temperature for a longer period of time using less energy. If your refrigerator is located in a non-humid and not warm environment and you have set your appliance to the appropriate temperature settings (37ºF for refrigerator and 0ºF for your freezer section) you should notice that it runs at a lower speed for a longer period of time. This is one way it is designed to save on energy. Appliances use more energy when they constantly turn off and on. Our refrigerators are designed to allow the fan components inside to run after the compressor turns on. This allows the internal components to cool and the machine to rest even though you may still hear something running. Kindly, Anna
