Poor quality, poor customer service. Leaking tub after less than three years.

My dishwasher is not even 3 months old and I have "exactly" the same issues as "anotherfrusturatedcustomer". Not sure I would recommend this product, not a good value for the performance you get

Touch pad is defective

Stay away from this unit. Two of us in the household, so dishwasher is operating 2x per week, not counting time away on vacation, etc. After 2 years, the plastic covering the "start" button developed a crack. Before long, the button itself behind the plastic had become dislodged (somehow) and the switch was no longer accessible without feeling for it. There is now a finger-sized hole and the 'start' switch resides much further back from its original position...for reasons unknown!
No support from the seller. They wished us "good luck" when dealing with Frigidaire.

So Quiet and Great Features

It's great and so quiet. The sanitizing feature is awesome. Your dishes come out with a sparkle. Be sure to use the manufacturing recommendations on what brands of cleaners and soap to use. It really makes a difference.

Also check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Also check the incoming water temperature to be sure it is not less than 120°F (49°C) at the sink closest to the dishwasher. Leaving soiled dishes in the dishwasher too long can create an odor and you can clear up the odor by using the rinse cycle. not drying dishes on the short cycle

Just installed and wanted to try the short cycle of just 30 minutes. Haven't even tried the longer cycle yet, but the short cycle did not dry the dishes at all, and I had it set for heated dry. I hope the longer cycle dries the dishes or I will have to call a tech.
