Easy to set up &

Easy to set up & figure out the Remote.
We use our 23” unit to supplement our LR heating with the house heat pump system. On the sub-30 days it takes awhile, but it does warm the room enough to cut it back to a lower setting. Not bad & it doesn’t choke you like our NG unvented suit did!

Very beautiful and lifelike! The flames are remarkable and I love the different features it has on it! I would definitely recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to buy it again! Love it!

Generally satisified so far. Had one before that I bought in 2017. Unfortunately for some reason the power button would not longer work so figured cost of fixing it would exceed cost of new one. The only think I am not as satisfied with in the new one is the ability to see the heater unit at the top. Feels this is less authentic than old one with just the fire displaying. Suspect this may have something to do with safety feature as a guard against touching heating unit accidentally?
