Спасибо, что Вы есть! Четыре года с этими наушниками. Пришло время и крепления просто перестают держать чашу (отвалился фиксатор, начинает сыпаться кожзам), но все работает как только из магазина!!!

Sounds better than Major, but the hinges are weak

I've tried both the Major ll (or was it lll?), but the MID's superior sound won me over! The problem for me is that I often use them with one cup on, one off (while listening to podcasts, not music) either while driving, or while working to give one of my ears a break. The connection between the headband and the hinged steel part that holds the cup, (that is, the part that ratchets to adjust how far the cups come out of the headband) has a delicate and weak design that broke within 2 weeks of use, due to the slight twist that the headband receives when I have one of the cups sitting behind my ear. The steel hinge itself is practically bulletproof but that doesn't help. With no mechanism to hold them in, the ear cups fall freely out of the headband when I take them off my head, dangling on their wires while I try to wrestle them into my work bag without pulling on the wires. The MID sound is so much better, but I will to have to go back to the Major and see if they last. So sad!!!

Awesome headphones!

These are what I’ve come to expect from a Marshall product; nothing but superb quality! The only slight con I can come up with is that it doesn’t come with a carrying case. Sure you can purchase an aftermarket one, but I’m convinced an official Marshall one would be better! I’d even be willing to buy one separately. Marshall, please come out with some nice carrying cases :wink:!!

As expected, great quality of sound, what i didn't expect was how superior the fit is compared to my old Major II, it feels like the MID were custom-built for me, consider me a loyal fan.

Not what I was expecting

I’ve never spent this much on headphones so maybe this is true with all high quality headphones but it was a lot less than I was expecting. I thought the sound would be rich and good loud bass but it sounded shallow and kind of tinny, something id expect from the cheap headphones. the quality is really good but these aren’t for me.

Killer Phones

I got a pair of these during SXSW at Willie Nelson's Studio a few years ago. These are absolutely hands down the best headphones I've ever had. Super long battery life, durable, Great sound and features. I travel in my rock n band and these guys hold up to the demands of the road, working out or mowing the lawn when I get home. After years of abuse mine finally died after being caught in a downpour on a long run. Rest in peace old friend you've served well. Your clone is on its way.

It’s all new again

I’m hearing my music library, some of which I’ve listened to on a weekly basis for 35 years, in whole new ways. The songs have new textures, every note has a home, and I’ve listened to my music more in the last week than I have in quite a while. Best audio gear I own.
