Returned Defective Keyboard Case

Package arrived undamaged. After charging I attached my tablet and performed some web surfing. The “]” key, without being touched, went into an endless ]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]] etc. in the search box. It did this a number of times also during composing emails. The “i” key worked but in SHIFT “i” mode it would not capitalize. There may be more anomalies but I was having no more of it. I have shipped this case back to ZAGG at my expense for small net refund.

charged and connected but keyboard would constantly be activating ipad and run keyboard battery down withing minutes. After second charge got so bad couldn't do anything with ipad and it even changed my lock pin so now I can't even use my ipad. Not only terrible product but ruined my ipad.

So Far So Good

I have only had this Zagg Messenger Folio Case for a few weeks, but It is performing as I had hoped it would. I previously had a Clamcase also with a keyboard. This case is sturdy and the keys are spaced perfectly for typing function. The ipad fits securely in the top portion of the case. With the ipad attached, it is a bit heavy and a bit thick, though I am used to the weight with my previous case. I like the protection that such a case provides as I move the ipad from place to place. The hinge and easel arm on the top portion allowed me to prop the ipad up on any surface including my lap, or I can stand it on its end and view a video in the vertical position. I am hoping that the battery in long lasting, though I was please to see the charger included in the package.

Great case for iPad

I had to replace an older model Zagg case as it cracked at the seam and broke. This new case works well and it appears that the material it’s made of will not have the same issue as my older one. This is my third Zagg case and it’s my favorite so far. I really like having a keyboard attached to my pad as it makes “typing” so much easier and once I get to travel again I’ll appreciate having this much smaller “computer”, rather than hauling my laptop around with me.

Keyboard Folio for IPad

The keyboard is fine - I think - but I cannot read instructions and Zagg makes it IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone for tech support. I don't advocate buying Zagg products unless you already know how to use them.
